For the next few weeks I am going to be using this space to communicate with my kids, please excuse the change of tone and content. George is Jude's stuffed dragon.


It is a good thing I got a strong cup of coffee early, because it was a BIG day. The wedding was at the Atwood Yacht Club and it was beautiful. All day we thought it might rain - but it held off. The decorations were lovely and creative... but not as lovely and creative as the bride - she was delightful. 

Weegars know how to throw a party. They also love to dance. Cousin Jeff did his hilarious and ever popular "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" Irish jig dance. Aunt Maggie did the worm - you kids should try to learn it. 

It was a wonderful night and a special time to laugh and be with family. There aren't many things that I love more than dancing at weddings! Thanks for getting married Amy. Ken and Sue it was an epic party. So glad we could be there!
