South Island Road Trip * We've been away

We have been away for the past two weeks on a fairly epic road trip... this was our route.

A few years ago I wouldn't have guessed this trip was "in the cards" for our family. It wasn't on our "bucket list" or part of our "5 year plan". But it ended up being an unexpected (and warmly welcomed) part of our adventure. I love surprises with a vigorous passion and this trip was full of them.

Looking forward to sharing some of the 8 million photos I took while we were away. I just couldn't stop myself. All of these were taken out of the car window.
